Camp Essentials

Skip to "What to Bring" List Below

Camper Medical and Information Sheet

The Camper information sheet must be completed and returned to Camp AT LEAST two-weeks prior to your camper's arrival. This
form is the most important information in our possession in the event of an emergency involving your camper. On page two of the Camper Information Sheet is a section which MUST be completed by your camper’s Physician, preferably within 90 days of your child’s arrival at Camp. On this form is a space for Insurance and Parental Information — Please complete this information before sending the forms to camp.

If you must send medication, be sure all medication is in original prescription bottles, and written or verbal permission is given to the Nurse
for each drug with exact instructions. Also make sure that the medication is marked clearly with name and dosage. Medicines should
be given directly to the Nurse upon arrival at Camp. The Medical Center is located on the bottom floor of the Office Building.

Camper Health

Kon-O-Kwee requires that all campers, prior to their arrival at Camp, have a physical examination certifying their good health and ability to participate in Camp activities. A physical form will be included in an information packet sent after registering. A nurse staffs our well-equipped medical center to meet any health needs, and a medical doctor is on call at all times.

Camp Arrival and Departure

Please arrive at Camp on SUNDAY, between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Please pick up your child from Camp on FRIDAY, between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.

Cabin Buddies

Cabin Buddies MUST be the same age or one year apart in order for us to place them in the same cabin. Please make sure they are registered for the same. We ask that you please limit buddy requests. The idea of Summer Camp is to make new friends.

Camp Visits

Because of the nature of our camping program, we regret that family visitations are not possible during your camper’s stay.
