Cancellations must be received in writing at the Camp Office! In the case of dismissal, homesickness, or voluntary withdrawal, there is NO refund of fees.

Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the start of your child's camping session, all payments refunded except $25.00

Cancellation within 30 days of your child's camping session, all payments will be refunded, except for $75.00.

Cancellation within 7 days of your child's camping session, 50% of camp fees will be refunded.
